Registration
We’ll meet every Monday and Thursday at 6:30PM and on Saturday at 8AM. Practices last approximately 75 minutes. Come as often as you like, but consistent training equals greater results.

For planning purposes, here are some key dates for the season. These are subject to change, but these are the plans currently. We will solidify a couple more events this summer when race dates are finalized:
- Saturday, August 30: Coach T Invitational at North Lakes Park in Denton (3200)
- Saturday, September 13: Flower Mound Invitational at Shadow Ridge MS (3200)
- Saturday, October 11: Lake Cities Brad Lutz Invitational at North Lakes Park in Denton (3000m)
- Sunday, November 2: AAU District in Fort Worth
- Saturday, November 8: Run For Dylan in Lantana 5K – Team name Lake Cities Youth XC. Team leader Mike Moon
- Saturday, December 6: AAU XC Nationals in Knoxville, TN
Season will end with the 12/6 AAU race. Registration fee is $350 for first child and $100 for each additional family member. Uniforms and race entries are additional cost.
