Registration
Our runners meet every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 8AM. Practices will end approximately 9:15AM. Additional running will be assigned to do on your own. Come to practice as often as you like, but more training equals greater results and more camaraderie!

For planning purposes, here are a couple of key dates for the summer:
- Season Kick-Off Event and Fitting: Thursday, June 6, Trailhead Running Supply in Flower Mound will hold an after hours sign-up/shoe fitting from 6PM – 8PM exclusively for Lake Cities. Please register for our club below but come to this event to meet the coaches and to get properly fitted for shoes to roll into the season. Coupons will be available and a percentage of all purchases that day will go toward our club!

- Monday, June 10, 8AM: First practice of summer season
- June 22: Corinth PD Foot Pursuit 5K. Corinth, TX
- July 11-12: TAAF Regional Meet in Weatherford, TX
- July 25-28: TAAF Summer Games of Texas 2024 in Brownsville, TX
We will run some other events as available. Everyone has some summer conflicts. Just show up as often as you can and get better, whether it is for summer competition, the next middle school season, or for a head start into your high school running career!
Season will end in early August. Registration fee is $350 for first child and $100 for each additional family member.
